To foster inclusivity and enhance classroom engagement, our school has implemented a new seating arrangement policy designed to eliminate the traditional concept of “backbenchers.” The change was introduced to ensure equal participation and learning opportunities for all students. Desks are arranged in U-shapes to promote collaboration. Students change seats weekly, ensuring that every student experiences different positions in the classroom.
