Internal workshops on demonstration lessons and methodology were conducted on June 1 and 2, 2022, in Darshan Academy Jagdishpura, Kaithal. The workshops were designed to stimulate innovative teaching and learning approaches and develop appropriate pedagogical skills in the exceedingly volatile 21st-century classrooms. On day one, Mr. Sachin Midha gave a demo lesson on adjectives with interactive activities that included a graffiti board, word ladder and fish bowl. Mrs. Lalita gave a demo lesson on the topic “सर्वनाम” and Ms. Ritika gave a sorting materials demo lesson using charts, flashcards and soft toys to enrich the lesson. On day two, Ms. Shivani gave a lesson on birthdays, Ms. Anupriya on water and wild animals, and Mr. Sourabh on the uses of computers. Innovative activities included creating a birthday scene and a hot seat activity. The workshops were a fruitful learning experience for all.
