Darshan Academy, 5th Mile, organized a mass meditation session on September 30, 2025, to promote inner peace, concentration, and holistic well-being among its students and staff. Under the guidance of a meditation instructor, students and staff members participated wholeheartedly. The calm and serene environment fostered a positive and peaceful atmosphere. The session helped students experience relaxation, reduce stress, and improve focus. Teachers also shared that meditation strengthens values such as patience, compassion, and self-control. The mass meditation session was indeed a refreshing and enriching experience for all participants.
