Children’s Day is a special day celebrated on November 14th every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of India’s First Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Darshan Academy, 5th Mile, celebrated this day with great zeal and exhilaration. Dr. Subhash Jindal and Dr. Seema Jindal, who work at Kaithal Nursing Home, were invited as chief guests. Various activities were organised for the students, grandparents and teachers, including cultural activities, dances, songs, sports games, role play on Guru Nanak Jayanti, etc. On this occasion, prizes were presented to the winners, and sweets were distributed. All in all, it was a day full of excitement and fun. Our honorable principal, Mr. Susheel Kumar, encouraged the students to participate in the games.
